Rydberg's or Meadow Penstemon, this Pacific Northwest species makes a striking plant and copes well with a range of different conditions but generally prefers free-draining soils and full sun. Stems carrying whorls or heads of gorgeous blue-purple flowers are borne in summer. Flowering height at maturity 25-50cm, plant will form a clump over time to around 30-40cm. 1 litre pot.
