Collected from Macedonia years ago and then grown on for seed, I don't have any experience of this species in my own garden yet but am looking forward to seeing how it performs. A taller species that will form a small, tufted mound of foliage from which a mass of upright flower spikes to 50cm will appear in late spring and summer. Single flowers of a good solid pink with toothed petal edges.
