(Greater burnet). A popular plant for naturalistic plantings, this winter dormant hardy perennial forms clumps of pinnate leaves that arise from a series of small tap roots in the centre. In summer many upright, branched flower stems appear, each topped with long-lasting attractive deep red bobble-like flowers. Full sun, and does best with regular water, particularly in the summer. 60-90cm H x 30-50cm W. 9cm pot.
