I love this coneflower, as it seems to be quite resilient for me. Long sturdy stems carry graceful flowers, with brown cones and long, narrow, drooping rose-pink petals. Narrow green leaves, summer-autumn flowering. Excellent drought resistance once established. A hardy, long-lived perennial, completely winter dormant when it retreats underground. Full sun and good free-draining soils is best. Flowering size at maturity 60-90cm x 30cm. 9cm pot.
