One of the three species I grow that bear jewel-like heads of flowers on taller upright stems, making them wonderful additions to the garden on their own or popping up amongst other lower growing plants. A beautiful species, which produces a succession of soft lemon-yellow flowers in small clusters on branched stems 30-40cm tall. I find it will grow in a sunny border in average garden soil, nearer the edge where it won't get too swamped by other plants, or it is equally at home in a rock garden situation. Full sun, flowering height 30-40cm. 9cm pot.
