Meadow sages are fabulous hardy perennials that create a wonderful show early in the season and have a lovely elegant form about them. Forms clumps of slightly coarse, mid green leaves, larger in their second year and from spring to early summer bears a succession of upright spikes of lovely deep indigo-blue flowers, the colours lighten and glow on sunny days. Will repeat if cut back after first flowering. Full sun. Flowering size 60-70cm H x 30-40cm W. 9cm pot.
