(Moroccan sea holly). An unusual variety with beautiful dark green foliage with white veins, creating a marbled effect on the leaves. Much-branched stems carry stunning thistle-like flowers held in spiky silver bracts, the violet-blue colours becoming more prominent as they age. Ideal for cut flower use, fresh or dried. Grow in full sun with good drainage, and poor to average soils for the best colours. Flowering size at maturity 30-40cm high x 30cm wide. 9cm pot.
