Motherwort is a herbaceous perennial herb which also makes a fabulous garden plant particularly in a natural style setting. This form grown from seed imported from the UK is particularly robust with the leaves taking on a purple flush as they age. Upright stems appear for a long period in summer, adorned with very attractive three-lobed leaves and whorls of lilac-pink flowers. Height to around 1 metre in flower.
