A seed line saved by Marshwood Gardens, this beauty is similar in colour and elegance to Salvia nemorosa 'Caradonna'. Stunning upright spikes of deep violet flowers with purple bracts in summer, slightly thicker than 'Caradonna' and great for adding a vertical element to the garden. A colourful addition to the summer garden that works well with other flowering perennials and grasses. Heat and drought tolerant, hardy perennial that loves full sun. 60-80cm high x 40cm wide at maturity, which will take a couple of years. 9cm pot, plants just starting to grow for the spring season so plant soon!
