A truly beautiful older variety that always draws comments. Clumps of fresh green leaves and many upright spikes studded with large white and lavender bell-shaped flowers. There are no lines in the throat of the flowers so the colour is clear which creates a beautiful effect, especially with the light shining through them. Repeat flowers from late spring right through until winter if dead-headed (cut the ends of spent flower stems back to the first sign of new growth and more flowers will come). Once flowering has finished completely, or if growth is straggly, cut the spent flower stems near the base to keep the plant bushy. Will re-shoot from the base in spring. Full sun. Height at flowering 60-80cm x 40-60cm wide. 9cm pot.
