This is a gorgeously sweet little dwarf species. Finely divided, feathery green leaves with silver hairs, make for very attractive clumps of foliage. Sends up dense spikes studded with softly hairy, beautiful little sky-blue flowers, which have the unusual trait of being held upside down (yes really!).
