I was lucky enough to obtain this stunning blue flowered form of the lyreleaf sage a couple of years ago and I finally have some to share with customers. Low clumps of green leaves distinctively marked with dark beetroot veins, above which rise many sturdy upright stems carrying long-tubed pretty blue flowers in summer. Easy to grow, this species will be happy in sun or part shade and isn't particularly fussy about soil or water as it will adapt to the conditions. Flowering height 25-40cm, width 30cm. 9cm pot.
