Welcome to the ONLINE SHOPPING PAGE. Here you will find the categories of plants currently available for sale, plus lots of helpful information about what I grow, pots sizes and very importantly freight charges. I hope you enjoy looking through the plants I have available for sale. Many varieties are still coming so don’t be disappointed if something you have been wanting is not listed here, as chances are it will be available a little later. I tend to update the plants available in my online shop at least once a month for much of the year. We live in a reasonably temperate climate and as a nation we tend to garden all year round, so it makes sense to always have something coming on to offer keen gardeners around the country. If you would like to receive email notification of new plant updates please send me an email, or add your name to the newsletter form at the bottom of the home page.
To shop online please choose from the following categories:
I love growing plants, and perennials and Salvias are so rewarding with so much variety on offer, that I have made these plants the main focus for my business. I offer plants all year round, with the majority ready for spring and autumn planting times. My perennials are all grown and sold in three different pot sizes - 9cm, 1 litre and occasionally 1.5 litre grades. This keeps the plants at a manageable size for delivery to you. From my own experience it also means that the plants are at just the right size for putting in the garden - not so small that they get lost, and not so big that you have to dig a huge hole to put them in!
I also offer punnets of "fillers", generally in spring time, with a few in autumn as well. These are annuals or short-lived perennials that are perfect for filling spaces quickly....varieties that are hard-to-find (or impossible) at garden centres. I use sturdy, XL size, re-useable 4-cell punnets, which will last for many years so I encourage you to re-use them or give them to friends. Because they are 4-cell, the plants have room to grow larger root systems, meaning you are getting a quality product at a very good price.
My online store accepts credit card payments via Stripe or Paypal. Payment for email orders can be made via direct credit into my bank account upon confirmation of your order. I cannot accept credit card payments except when purchasing via the online shop. I also sell plants from time to time via Trade Me using the seller name jury1.
Alternatively if you would like to order and pay via internet banking then please email me at email@example.com with your order and details, rather than using the shop. You are welcome to include a few alternatives, as some plants are in very short supply or sell out quickly. I can then reply with confirmation of your order and my bank details.
All orders are sent via CourierPost on Mondays, occasionally Tuesdays for small or more local orders. Please use a street or rural address (no PO Boxes). All rural deliveries have an extra charge – please note that many small towns are now considered a rural delivery.
