Erigeron glaucus 'Janet's Lilac'
I’m not sure if this is a named variety or the true species, but I call it ‘Janet’s Lilac’ after the friend who gave it to me. Low-growing clumps of lush, slightly leathery foliage, and masses of lovely lilac daisies with gold-embossed centres which age to rusty brown, adding to the appeal. A tough and free-flowering plant that makes an excellent ground cover under larger woody perennials or roses, or use as an edging plant. Full sun. 20-30cm H x 40-60cm W. 12cm pot.
