I grew this beauty last summer and was very impressed but forgot to photograph it! A hardy perennial with clumps of slightly spoon-shaped thick green leaves and a succession of numerous flower stems appearing in summer. The white flowers open from the ends of long lilac-pink buds, and face outwards, with thin petals that remind me of the spokes on a bicycle wheel. Looks stunning when planted in groups. Full sun to part shade. Flowering height 30-60cm x 30cm wide. 9cm pot.
