Plectranthus fruticosus 'Behr's Pride'
This is a stunning cultivar, gorgeous as a foliage plant but also beautiful when in flower. Forms a bushy shrub with stems the colour of a blackcurrant and deep green leaves, dark purple on the undersides. Panicles of deep pink-purple flowers appear in late summer and autumn. Prune by atleast ½ in spring to maintain shape, full sun to part shade. Doesn't spread. Flowering size is around 1-1.5m high x 1-1.5m wide depending on soil and location, with richer soil and shadier conditions producing bigger plants, and a sunnier location producing more intense colours. 1 litre pot.
