This relative of Scabiosa produces a great display all summer long, right into winter, making it invaluable in the garden. The flowers are bright cherry-red pincushions on long stems which are perfect for picking and very attractive to bees and butterflies. Lovely clumps of grey-green foliage, and fairly drought tolerant once established. Full sun. Height 40-70cm x 40cm wide. 9cm pot.
