I love the dreamy nature of this species, as well as its repeat flowering habit. Large basal clumps of soft olive-green leaves and long, slightly drooping, leafy spikes smothered in soft lilac blue flowers appear over a long period throughout summer. Ideal for the back of a border and the flowers are loved by bees. Average garden soil and full sun, copes well with dry conditions. H 1.2-1.5m x 60-80cm W in flower. Cut back after flowering to encourage more stems to form.
