One of my favourite Verbascums, this hardy biennial or short-lived perennial forms a basal rosette of crinkly, deep green glossy leaves with toothed edges. Beautiful, airy, branched stems of elegant white flowers with contrasting deep purple stamens. Plants may die after flowering but if you allow the seeds to ripen they will pop up again in time for the next year. Flower stems 50-100cm, rosette at ground level. 9cm pot.
