Masses of lilac-purple flowers on many-branched stems from late summer in to autumn. The purple-tinted shoots and almost black stems add a neat contrast to this gorgeous plant. A healthy and vigorous cultivar which can get quite tall so is best positioned towards the back of the border, or in amongst other taller plants. Stake in windy areas. Height usually 1.5 to 1.8m. 1 litre pot.
