A mouthful of a name for such a nice plant! A rarely offered hardy perennial from the Eastern Mediterranean, forming clumps of large, crinkly green leaves above which rise stout stems of pretty flowers which remind me of berries and cream in colour. Up close the lower petals are paler with a dark berry picotee edge. Flowers several times over the summer if dead headed after flowering. Full sun to part shade, and dislikes wet feet in winter so soil that drains well is ideal. 70-90cm x 40cm. 9cm pot.
