(Syn. Campanula vidalii) A very beautiful, if not somewhat unusual member of the Campanula family. Stout stems bear whorls of bright deep green, fleshy, almost succulent-like narrow leaves, with toothed margins. Eventually these produce branched spikes of waxy pink, hanging bells, with slightly reflexed edges to the petals. Spectacular in full flower and always draws attention to itself! Can be short lived, but produces plenty of seed. Does best in part shade, average soil, not too much water and protected from frost and harsh winds. 50cm x 25cm. 9cm pot.
