I love this particularly good blue form of the annual clary sage, and it's great as a filler in the garden. Bushy, upright plants bear fairly insignificant blue flowers, which are followed by stunning large bracts in a vibrant shade of slightly purplish-blue. Great in beds, borders, pots and also perfect for picking as the bracts keep their colour quite well. Full sun and good, free-draining soils. Flowering size 50cm H x 40cm W.
