A beautiful, thornless, deciduous shrub which forms a thicket of slightly arching stems which in winter show off the attractive papery, peeling bark. In late spring to early summer the plant is covered in large pure white single flowers, each with a lovely centre of gold stamens. Can be pruned to size, prefers a slightly shaded or woodland position. 2m x 1m. 1 litre pot.
