Gosh I wish I had a photo to show you of this cool plant, but as yet I haven't flowered any, only drooled over the pics on the internet! An unassuming clump of green foliage sends up an amazing show of little round balls on long branching stems, each one with a little wee ruffle of yellow petals at its base. The balls themselves start out yellow, slowly aging to that rustic brown we all love. Fabulous for picking fresh or dried, and a magnet for bees and butterflies. Hardy and tough but will respond to compost with extra flowers. Flowering size approx 75cm x 50-60cm. Full sun is best. 9cm pot.
