Not your average Statice, this hardy perennial will slowly form a clump of leathery foliage, and then send up large airy panicles of masses of tiny deep purplish-blue flowers. Perfect for picking for fresh or dried arrangements, it is also drought tolerant once established, requiring minimal water in summer. Full sun and average soils with good drainage is best. Flowering size at maturity 50-90cm high x 30-40cm wide. 9cm pot.
