This is a fabulous Aster if you have the space. The foliage is a lovely deep plum purple, almost black, and grows slowly throughout the summer months, eventually sending out quite large, slightly arching stems which then become smothered in masses of gorgeous little white flowers with rosy centres. Rich in nectar this makes a wonderful plant for all sorts of pollinators, as well as a real statement in the garden. Flowering size 90-120cm high and wide. 9cm pot.
