Originally introduced by Marshwood Gardens, this is one of my favourites as it has quite solid flower stems, which hold up well in all weather and the individual flowers are a good deep purplish-blue. Flowers for most of the summer for me, especially if I remove any older flower stems. Reliable hardy perennial, needs a sunny spot. Flowering size approx. 40-50cm high x 40cm wide. 1.1 litre pot.
