This makes a wonderful garden plant, ideal for those of you looking for an alternative to the hard-to-find Veronicastrum. Bushy mounds of soft green leaves with toothed edges and in summer pretty blue flowers are produced on upright spikes, creating vertical interest in the garden. Hardy to cold and heat tolerant as well. Full sun to part shade, appreciates reasonably moisture-retentive soils, or added compost. Height at flowering 80-100cm, width 30-50cm. 9cm pot.
