Lavandula x allardii (Lavender)
One of my favourite Lavenders for using in more natural settings, where it forms large sprawling bushy plants with woody stems. The smallish silvery-grey leaves have scalloped edges and are highly scented when touched...and in summer the plants are a mass of deep bluish-purple flowers which are long and narrow in shape, so quite elegant. Hot sunny positions with good drainage. Can reach 1m x 1m if left unpruned. 1 litre pot.
