Salvia candidissima (Woolly white sage) - 9cm pot
Another plant of Mediterranean origins, this is one I haven't grown before. So far the plants are looking like a small, refined form of Salvia argentea, crossed with a small Stachys species. Which fits completely with its description! Hardy perennial that forms small mats of foliage which is smothered in silver hairs, giving it that soft fuzzy look which is so attractive. Will produce multiple stems carrying whorls of beak-shaped creamy white flowers. Flowering height 30-60cm. Best in a sunny spot with good drainage especially in winter. 9cm pot.
