A beautiful slowly creeping hardy perennial groundcover that has lovely fresh green, slightly strap-shaped leaves all-year-round. Short dark pink stems of sweet little pale rose-pink flowers appear in late spring and summer and are followed by red berries. Useful and highly attractive, enjoys a partly shaded position. Does fairly well in rich woodland conditions but is particularly good in drier soils such as those around the base of established plants. Flowering height 15-20cm. 1 litre pot.
