A plant that fills a multitude of roles in the garden...fabulous as a cut flower, bees and butterflies love it, and in this dark violet form you've got a showstopper! Bushy plants are smothered in glossy dark green leaves and from summer into autumn bear multiple upright stems of big and beautiful, fluffy violet ball-shaped flowerheads 10-15cm across, which are lightly scented. Does best with a little protection from the searing heat of the summer sun, so a half-day of shade would be a perfect position, or grow it for cut flower production in a lightly shaded area if you live in a warm region. Flowering size to around 90cm high x 60-80cm wide. 9cm pot.
