syn. Aster turbinellus. A fabulous variety that wows me every year with its easy-to-please nature. Clouds of soft lilac-blue flowers with very fine petals appear in late summer to autumn in sprays held on wiry stems. On close inspection the flower petals flex slightly, creating a very elegant looking flower. Hardy to frost, heat and dry, this plant is a must have perennial in my opinion. Mature flowering size 60-90cm high and 60cm wide. 9cm pot.
