My original plant came from my friend Fiona (hence the name), whose garden it appeared in as a chance seedling. These are some cutting-grown plants which of course are not as neat and tidy as seed-grown ones, but this is a special variety so definitely worth it to get the real thing, and they will form lovely clumps in your own gardens. Fabulous foliage which is green and burgundy and looks fantastic on its own or amongst other plants. The flowers open on long spikes from deep pink, almost red buds, and are white edged with cerise-pink. An all-round stunning plant that will flower for a long period over summer and is easy to grow. Full sun is best. Flowering size 80-100cm high x 40-80cm wide. 1 litre pot.
