Rarely available, this beauty frequently flowers all year round, particularly in warm areas. Forms a large bushy mound of textured, mid-green leaves, from which arise whorls of bright red, fuzzy flowers which unfurl themselves from tight clusters to reveal 4-6 flowers in each cluster, all displayed outwardly like elegant, slightly fat fingers. Stunning in full flower. Does well in partial shade, copes with long dry periods. 1.2-1.5m high x 1-1.5m wide. 1 litre pot, these are just beginning to grow in earnest now that the weather is warming up.
