The well known but much loved magenta form of the Madeira Cranesbill, this biennial can take two years to come into flower. Forms a huge clump of beautiful soft, deep green, finely divided leaves. Once flowering size has been reached, a large flower head forms in the centre, carrying masses of upward-facing magenta flowers. A very striking plant, easy to establish and happy almost anywhere, sun or part shade. Will set seed and die after flowering, but seedlings will pop up later. Fully grown size is 150cm x 150cm. 9cm pot.
