I grew this form from seed a few years ago and it seems to be a deeper amethyst than the more usual forms. Gorgeous spring flowering bulb native to Croatia, with spikes of many deep amethyst-blue scented flowers to 25cm and strap-shaped leaves. 1.1 litre pot.
