Sedum 'Munstead Red' - 1 litre pot
This came to me under this name although I'm no expert on this genus, so presume it is correct! Similar to the widely known 'Autumn Joy' with rosettes of attractive succulent silver-green leaves which become darker in summer. In mid-late summer the flower buds begin to appear, eventually opening to reveal tight, flat-topped clusters of masses of tiny brick-rose-red flowers, which insects adore. The flowers eventually fade to a rusty colour in autumn and can be left on plant for winter interest. Prefers dryish soils, not too rich, and full sun, which helps to keep the stems stiff and upright. 45-60cm H x 45-60cm W. 1 litre pot.
