Rarely offered for sale, in fact so rare that information about it is scarce. A lower growing biennial species hailing from the Carpathian Mountains, the plants I have grown have formed rosettes of narrow leaves with fantastic indented wavy edges, almost crinkled in fact, they feel gorgeously tactile to touch. Heads of pure lemon flowers should appear next summer. Will be best suited to somewhere with good drainage (rocky or stony soils ideal) and I'd estimate a height of around 20-50cm depending on climate and position. 9cm pot.
